We are a ‘Uniform’ school. We believe that a uniform looks smart, wears well and contributes to a feeling of belonging to the school. This policy is supported by all our parents. The basic colours are navy blue, grey and white.
Our school uniform consists of:
- white polo shirt
- grey or black trousers, skirt or pinafore
- navy sweatshirt or cardigan with or without school logo
- summer blue gingham dress
- sensible black shoes - no shoes with toys in them or trainers (trainers only permitted for PE)
PE Kit:
- t-shirt in house colour
- black or navy shorts or leggings/joggers
- trainers or pumps
- sweatshirt or hoodie permitted for cold weather
Please note that although we offer uniform bearing the school logo, any uniform of the correct colour above is absolutely fine and our logo is entirely optional.
We ask that all items of clothing and personal belongings are marked with your child's name. This can save so much time and upset when things get lost!
Uniform Rules
Hair - Hair which is shoulder length or longer, must be tied back.
Jewellery - Children are not allowed to wear jewellery in school. Watches are allowed, providing the child understands that they are their own responsibility.
Earrings - We would prefer children not to wear earrings. If earrings have to be worn then only the small studs are allowed. To meet health and safety regulations all earrings must be removed for all PE lessons. Teachers are not able to remove or replace earrings - this must be the child's responsibility.
